SHOTGUN BUTTSTOCK SHELL TRAY RIG

Many Units, outfits and agencies like the ambidextrous trays for shells close to the chest. Often elastic loops on shells disintegrate and do not hold up under fire... S.O.Tech's innovative Shotgun Butt Rig allows the operator to replace the empty trays with loaded trays via this unique Hook and Loop tray with a finger loop allowing for easy on-off manipulation. It is especially useful to organize your other specialty rounds on separate trays in conjunction with using the S.O.Tech's PAR (Patrolman's Ammo Rig).

The Need:
The rounds in the tube just aren't enough for all tactical situations. Rounds on the butt stock are easily accessible, but elastic shell holders will lose their elasticity and you do not want your tray to be sliding around during a tactical reload. And how do you reload once these rounds are spent?

The Answer:
The Shotgun Butt Rig is a Velcro™ coated plate secured to the shotgun butt with sturdy nylon cross and butt straps for a secure fit. The ammunition tray can be removed and replaced with additional loaded trays. This creates an ability to carry dedicated trays of specialty rounds (such as door busters and slugs). The ABR is also ambidextrous. A DEA Firearms Instructor wanted his people to be able to carry their trays mounted between the stock and the chest. This keeps the shooting arm clear of the ammo path.

• Includes one Shotgun Shell Tray-6 round.
• The rigid webbing secures the rounds better than elastic carriers, which stretch during shell extraction.
• A finger loop is provided on the tray to aid in switching trays.
• Rig will fit most standard police shotguns.
• The trays are designed to fit S.O.Tech's Patrolman's Ammo Rig (sold separately), which will fit four trays.

• 138 weight bonded nylon parachute harness thread.
• American name brand plastic and metal fasteners (Duraflex, ITW Nexus, ACW, etc.).
• Heavy weight woven elastic.
• Strength rated nylon webbing and tapes
• Stress points anchored by double stitching, bar tacks, and box x's.
• Velcro™ and Rip and Grip™ mil spec hook and loop fastener.
