Propper's Foul Weather Parka is made of 100% nylon with a GORE-TEX® membrane. Waterproof, windproof and breathable GORE-TEX® fabric makes this garment contamination-resistant to diesel fuel, jet fuel, DEET, petroleum, oils and lubricants. Features two external cargo pockets, two hand warmer pockets, a stowable hood, hidden map pocket, and elastic and Velcro® wrist closures. Unlike the All (Foul) Weather Parka I, this garment has a storm flap at the collar and is longer in length. The Foul Weather Parka II and its accompanying liner are designed to fit properly over the new ODU.
