Wear Tomcat and Plate Carriers independently or together.

The Need:
A large vest may be great during an assault, but not during rural patrols or HUMVEE movement.

The Answer:
With the help of a deploying Special Forces soldier, S.O.Tech combined its Tomcat internal magazine slot chest harness with our trauma plate carrier to form the Tomcat Convertible Plate Carrier System. Complete, the system is a MOLLE / PALS covered front and back plate carrier with strapless Hellcat chest rig attached to the front plate holding 6 M4 mags internally. For direct action missions the front and back plate carriers can be worn together with MOLLE pouches attached to the faces. For vehicle patrols, only the front plate carrier can be worn with the shoulder straps extended. For rural / long range operations, the Tomcat chest rig can be removed and worn independently with shoulder straps extended. Pouches can be added to each configuration. Other options are available as well as customization at further charge.
