|I am a Cpl. in the Army and just returned from Iraq. I carried my shotgun all year on my back in your shotgun scabbard, and it worked great! I was glad to have it around several times, and it proved to be an easy way to keep the shotgun handy for the squad. Thanks for your great product, and for your support of our troops!!

Got the T-shirt....IT ROCKS!!!!
Dear Sir, The Falcon Chest Harness finally arrived to me at Camp Taji, Iraq. Thank You! It is now set up for fitting over my IOTV and Battle Ready!!!
(already the guys are asking who to order one from, so you might be getting a few more requests!!!).
Dear SF company.
Thank-you for sending another t-shirt it looks great the boys in the unit will want one when they see it. I'll be sending them right to you.
Another happy customer
When I was stationed at Camp Pendleton I was in Weapons Company 3/5. The unit made us t-shirts with the 3/5 logo/emblem/crest, "Consumate Professionals". I was honorable discharged in 1999 and the t-shirt has been long-gone. I searched a couple of web site to find a shirt with the logo/emblem/crest but there was no luck. It didn't take me long to search this site before I found what I was looking for. When the shirt arrived it was better than what I expected. I love the t-shirt and wear it with pride and often. Thank you SpecialForces.com
Your Shirts are the best.
Thank you for being so prompt with my order, and the refund as well.
I thought a little constructive thoughts were in order.
The "HRT" boot knife is well constructed. I had to "hone" the edge though, both sides,to get it up to spec.
As for the "GI USMC Combat Knife"......Well, it wasn't really a K-Bar, at least not one that I've ever seen. It read "US", and above that it read "Ontario". No worries though, after I used a ceramic sharpening stone on both the small back edge and the full length edge, I'm quite pleased with them both. Oh, I almost forgot, both were very pretty well balanced.
I'll be purchasing again from you in the near future.
Dear Special Forces
I received my order i have to say that is better than i expected! Thank you and you'll hear fom me soon.
They turned out GREAT!!!!!! Thanks. I will be back for other things.
Thanks Folks. As always you have been most polite and professional. Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Jack And Melanie Edgar
OMG! That looks awesome! Is there any logo on the front? Can I buy these off the website? I'm sure a lot of SWCC guys are going to want these!
Amanda Van Every
We love the art work. They are awesome. I'll be ordering mine right after this. Thanks for all the work. I am recommending you guys to all the other battalions and ODA's.
Just to let you know all items have been recieved, fantastic quality as all ways.
Cheers Andrew and best wishes for the New Year.
Mothers Day for me is a time to appreciate great mothers. Unfortunately many mothers fall into the invisible hero category with their stories untold. I have selected two great mothers of history and have this to say. Although great men and women are different, the qualities that make up their character are the same; courage, determination, honor, and integrity.
Mrs.Marion Wick Kelly
On December 10, 1941, three days after Pearl Harbor Captain Colin B. Kelly took off in an emergency from Clark Field in the Philippines piloting a big B17C Flying Fortress, a giant aerial gladiator with a speed of 300 miles an hour, its heavy armament making it one of the most formidable battleships in the clouds. With him was his crew of six men. As Japanese guns hurled their shells at them Captain Kelly skillfully maneuvered his bomber directly over the Japanese cruiser Natori scoring three direct hits. On its return flight the bomber came under attack by Zeros from the Tainan Air group, one of which was piloted by famed Japanese flying ace Saburo Sakai. Kelly stayed at the controls of the badly-damaged aircraft maneuvering it providing the time needed for the surviving crew members to bail out on his orders. Just as he and his co-pilot attempted to escape, the plane exploded, ejecting both men. Kelly's co-pilot, Lt. Donald Robins, was able to open his parachute in time. Kelly hit the ground, parachute unopened.
General MacArthur announced sympathetically with great sorrow the death of Captain Colin P. Kelly, Jr. The Distinguished Service Cross - our second highest award - was posthumously awarded for valor and was presented to Captain Kelly's wife at her home in America.
Mrs. Kelly, a twenty-three-year-old widow with her little son, Colin P. Kelly, 3rd, a manly little one and a half year old baby nicknamed Corky, became the nation's first heroine when she bravely received the news and spoke these words:
"It was the way Colin wanted to go. I am proud and glad for him that the end of a full life came in the way he wanted."
Mrs. Kelly became the first war-widow of an American Hero in World War II, a lovely girl, with curling chestnut hair, her figure tall and slender, sitting with her little bewildered son on her lap.
"When you are a widow and a mother, you are never really alone in your thoughts.A mother always has to think twice, once for herself and once for her child."
"I have made a promise since Colin went away," she said quietly. "I'll keep that promise. Colin here, my baby, our son, will take his father's place. He will go to West Point like his father some day. He looks like his father, I pray that he'll be as fine a man."
Marion Kelly fulfilled her promise and received her wish. Corky was much like his father.
On Christmas morning 1941, The Tampa Morning Tribune asked its readers to remember that fatherless child by supporting a fund to help with the boy's education. There were others to come but Corky (Colin P Kelly the III) was the first.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt was also thinking about Corky's future. On Dec. 17, he took time out from war matters to write a "letter to the future." It was addressed to the president of the United States who would start his term in 1956. It asked that future commander in chief to give Colin P. Kelly III an appointment to his father's alma mater, the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., should the boy want it.
That future president turned out to have his own distinguished World War II record: Commanding General of the victorious U.S. Forces in Europe none other then General Dwight D. Eisenhower.
President Dwight D. Eisenhower read the letter in 1956 and was ready to honor the request. But Corky Kelly had other ideas.
Corky preferred to earn his own way.
"I felt I should be able to get in on my own merit, or I didn't belong there," says Kelly (Corky), now 68 and living in Los Alamos, N.M. "So I didn't take that appointment that was offered by President Eisenhower."
Instead, he decided to compete for a spot at West Point, which he earned, and graduated with the Class of 1963.
Going to the Point might have been inevitable, he says.
"I felt a responsibility to do that. From the time that I was a year and a half it had been my calling to do that, if you will. And I'm very glad that I did," he says, citing friendships, a great education and the opportunity to serve his country.
After a four-year stint in the Army, which included deployment to West Germany as a tank commander, he went on to divinity school and eventually returned to the Army as a chaplain.
"The Lord called me when I was 14, but I believed I was called to complete my West Point opportunity first."
After he retired from the military 25 years ago, Kelly and his second wife, Sue Ellen, looked for a church in need of a pastor. They found Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church in Los Alamos - home to Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Manhattan Project, and the atomic bombs that ended WWII in the Pacific theater the very war that started with the end of his father.
Marion Kelly carried on with courage and conviction raising her son imparting the qualities of his father to him despite their personal tragedy. Marion is a credit and a role model for all mothers to carry on in the face of great hardship.
Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
Mrs. Jean MacArthur was one that buildeth her house. She displayed an indomitable spirit and determination in the face of wartime trials.
After the Japanese invaded the Philippines, it was decided to abandon Manila in 1942 and move the government to the island of Corregidor. Mrs. MacArthur packed a few necessities and, as she was leaving the apartment, she passed a cabinet containing the decorations awarded to her husband. She removed the medals from their cases, wrapped them in a towel and made room for them in her suitcase by discarding some of her own clothes.
Later, when the military situation on Corregidor rapidly deteriorated, the general informed her that President Manuel Quezon of the Philippines had offered her and their young son, Arthur, passage to Australia. ''We have drunk from the same cup; we three shall stay together,'' she replied. The MacArthurs and their 4-year-old son lived in an underground bunker during months of bombardment before agreeing to evacuation on President Franklin D. Roosevelt's orders.
The Japanese Navy had Corregidor surrounded. Japanese patrols were heavy and "Tokyo Rose" bragged to her audience that MacArthur will be captured within a month. Some US Navy officers gave MacArthur only a one-in-five chance of escaping.
MacArthur decided to escape Corregidor by PT boat to Mindanao and fly to Australia from Del Monte on a B-17 Flying Fortress. MacArthur and his wife and four year old son left Corregidor at dusk in the PT Boats on 11 March 1942 with the Japanese Navy trying to hunt them down. They arrived on 13 March 1942 on Mindanao Island at Del Monte. Upon arrival MacArthur found only one crippled B-17 at the airfield. MacArthur and his party waited on that muddy airfield at Del Monte until repairs were finished and they took off and made it successfully to Australia.
A vivacious woman with meticulous manners, Mrs. MacArthur took seriously the social duties connected with her husband's position, both in the military and later in private life. After his death, she refused to bask in reflected fame, leading a quiet social life within a select circle of well-known New Yorkers. She pursued her interests in fashion, theater and opera.
Friends recalled that on one occasion at the Metropolitan Opera, she paused as she walked down the aisle to make sure that the plaque bearing her name was still attached to an orchestra seat. ''I paid $1,000 for it,'' she said.
She also worked on behalf of several civic and philanthropic activities, and was honorary chairman of the board of the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Foundation in Norfolk, Va. In 1990, at age 91, with her friend Barbara Bush at her side, she cut the ribbon opening the research center of the MacArthur Memorial in Norfolk, where her husband is buried.
Mrs. MacArthur received the distinguished public service award from the Department of Defense in 1984, and in 1988, President Ronald Reagan presented her with the Medal of Freedom, the highest award given a civilian in peacetime, for her patriotic service to the nation. The government of the Philippines honored her in 1993 with its Legion of Merit medal. She was one of the few private citizens to receive a visit from the Emperor and Empress of Japan during their trip to the United States in 1994.
One of her favorite stories when she reached the last decade of her life was about her conversation with the driver as she was bouncing around in a New York City taxi. ''I'm 90 years old,'' she said. ''Can you go a bit slower please?''
''I'm sorry, Mrs. MacArthur,'' the driver said. ''I remember you from the Philippines and how you bounced around in the jeeps there and it didn't bother you.''
Her intimate friends also recalled that although she would order a martini ''to be social'' when dining out, she had earlier briefed the waiters and bartenders in her favorite restaurants on what that really meant. A martini glass filled with water and decorated with a lemon twist would be brought to her, and she would smile appreciatively as she sipped.
Mrs. MacArthur died of natural causes in Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan at age 101. She is entombed with her husband in the rotunda of the MacArthur Memorial Building in Norfolk, Virginia the hometown of Gen. MacArthur's beloved mother.
I hope on this coming Mothers Day all will take the time to reflect and appreciate great mothers and draw inspiration from their lives.

Cycles of Discipline
This past New Years Eve, the Pastor of Berachah Church R.B. Thieme III gave an accurate description of the economic woes of our nation. He included the reason we are suffering as a nation. I have, with some license included it for your edification. As believers in Jesus Christ we have found the enemy, and it is us.
Leviticus 26:18, "If after those things you do not obey me, then I God will punish you seven more times for your sins."
Lev. 26:19, "And I will also break down your pride of power; I will also make your sky like iron, and your earth like bronze:" "your sky like iron" is the picture of no clouds, no rain for crops. And the "earth like bronze" is soil that is arid and parched, which means of course, devastation of the agrarian economy of Israel in the time in which this was written.
Then Lev. 26:20 goes on to say, "your strength shall be spent uselessly: for your land shall not yield its produce, and the trees of the land shall not yield their fruit." This, of course is the principle of economic depression, and it is part of the cycles of discipline on a client nation. There are five cycles of discipline found in the 26th chapter of Leviticus, each progressively worse until the client nation is destroyed. Of course a client nation (if your not sure what that term means) is a national entity in which a certain number of believers form a pivot. And the pivot is the accumulation of mature believers whose spiritual advance establishes the status of client nation and the pivot guarantees the perpetuation of that client nation into the next generation. It's through this pivot of mature believers in the client nation that Jesus Christ controls history. He doesn't need anything to control history but this is the way He has designated that He would. For you see, without a pivot the client nation becomes cowardly, powerless, and disintegrates. That week nation no longer has the privilege and the blessing of furthering God's plan for mankind. That privilege goes somewhere else, to another nation. But always and definitely through the pivot and the client nation God furthers His plan for mankind and the client nation is the vehicle for working His will. Matt 5:13-16, is a perfect example of that, it's the "salt of the earth" passage, which is analogous to the preservation of a client nation by mature believers.
Gods plan for mankind includes four great purposes for a client nation.
A client nation is the center for believers to fulfill the divine mandate of evangelism, for custodianship and communication of Bible doctrine, to provide a haven for the Jews from anti-Semitic persecution and they of course are still the people of the "covenant" who have a future in the plan of God and finally the client nation sends Biblically orthodox missionaries to non-client nations.
Every individual member of the pivot has a part in these purposes which I have just named for you. Using His own volition He perpetuates or terminates client nation status, the collective decisions of all these believers in a client nation determine the status and effectiveness of that client nation. The cycles of discipline which we find in Leviticus 26 are initiated because of the neglect or rejection of Bible doctrine by the pivot; believers that are failing to advance spiritually. There is very little execution of the plan of God either individually or corporately in the Church today. The principle here is that no client nation is ever destroyed and enslaved by an outside power which is the fifth cycle of discipline found in Lev. 26:27-38 before it is first destroyed from within. So it is internal failure of the pivot that destroys the client nation and its prosperity. Therefore an adequate number of individual members of the pivot must continue with positive volition and spiritual growth. As goes the individual believer in the pivot so goes the client nation, either up or down. Of course I know this is a review for many of you, you are well aware of the concept of the pivot and the client nation, you being the pivot.
Lev. 26:18 is the second cycle of discipline meted out to a client nation who is failing. In this case it refers specifically to Israel and it is certainly destruction from within. You see the second cycle brings economic misery and disaster. That's the tool God uses in this case to gain the pivots attention, to gain your attention.
You see at the present time the United States of America is a Gentile client nation and we have been for most of 200 years. But now we are a client nation on the decline. Christians in this nation have departed from growing in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). They have collectively chosen for social and political activism, substitutes for Bible doctrine. They have opted for Church programs rather than solid Biblical teaching, and of course there are many other diversions from the great purpose of Gods plan for a client nation. Consequently client nation United States of America finds itself in the midst of economic hard times. We are currently living in the second cycle of discipline as described in Leviticus 26:18 - 20. Of course we are not an agrarian economy as was Israel, the first client nation to God. But our sky and our earth are devoid of the rain or reign of prosperity. Our sky is iron and our earth is bronze, which is our economic drought.
How did we come to this point? How did this happen? Economic breakdown is preceded by the tremendous lust for money and rampant expectations of affluence which describes this country perfectly. The havoc we experience begins and ends when integrity is replaced by a power struggle in a prosperous society and we have one of those going on right now. It is this power struggle that exacerbates the economic downturn and depression. This is a power struggle at the top that trickles down to the rest of the nation and its economic institutions. That power struggle creates an imbalance of power. An imbalance of power that destroys both freedom and prosperity that freedom brings.
Three entities are involved in this national power struggle, management, labor, and government. Management is the upper echelon of industry and business which must convert money and investment into industrial and business efficiency which of course includes greater production and marketing. Labor carries out the production and government with its executive, legislative and judicial branches regulate and oversee the process. National prosperity depends on all three categories staying in balance and greed remaining in check. But that is not the case in our country at this moment.
Management is inefficient in the use of capital and it's often bloated in its demands for personal compensation. Management has to a certain extent become incompetent and self indulgent in the market place. Management is locked in a power struggle with labor. Of course labor brings their own bloated and greedy demands to the table in the name of inordinate remuneration they implacably associate with management. Labor unions seek monopoly of the market rather then the due benefits which belong to the worker who produces efficiently. Their demands become disproportionate, inflated and destructive to the industry they serve. In essence what they're doing is "killing the goose that laid the golden egg" with all their power plays. Labor unions and management therefore are locked in a greedy power struggle for bigger and bigger pieces of the pie.
But let's not forget our dear government also seeking its share of the pie. Government you see has an advantage. It is legislating and regulating, in the name of improving the balance and the greed that they find in the private sector, and to control the market place in the guise of reform. But government is just as power hungry and just as greedy as the other two. What happens with government is they are encroaching, and nationalizing banking, and industry, manipulating money, and raising taxes to pay for it all. Hence they themselves are a great contributing cause to economic disaster.
What's the governments' role in all of this? The budget should be balanced. The treasury should be refilled not thrown into bailouts. Public debt should be reduced not increased. The arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled. People must again learn to work instead of living on public assistance. Does that sound like I said that? That was written in 55 BC by Ciscero. Nothing changes, "there is nothing new under the sun." It was the same then as it is now. You see the governments' ace trumps are entitlements, enticements, and public assistance. Once people learn that they can get more from entitlements then from working they will surrender their freedom to government willingly who supply this supposed security, it's happening right now in this country. The power struggle that I'm talking about has led to the legislative branch of government overriding the management of industry and business, over regulating, and suppressing the free market in the name of good for all.
Management has discovered entitlements of their own in the form of bailouts. They gladly give up their freedom of action for security of finances and their own jobs. Production is secondary to welfare industry, so government moves in not supporting freedom and self determination but using money to gain more power and more influence. Government has opted for a socialist system which has never worked to bring economic prosperity or recovery to any nation in history. Socialism is the state, first controlling and then nationalizing certain industries and businesses and also redistributing personal wealth in the name of fairness and equity which of course destroys personal incentive and the free and individual function of the market place. Why work hard if someone else's labor will come back to you in the form of an entitlement. In this system you see, the ultimate consequence of socialism is to bring everyone to a lower standard of living, not lifting others up thus, causing economic stagnation and even worse.
Actually you see under this system the "American dream" as it is called dies, because it has always been bound up in the freedom for individual achievement. But you see this client nation is now at the brink of a plan to redistribute wealth among all. It's being considered and planned to nationalize all the 401K's. It will dump your savings into one big pot. All of your savings would be a part of the national security system. The money of course would be distributed equally to all regardless of individual savings. So if you've worked hard all of your life to build a nest egg it will be divided among others who have decided not to work or to save. So you see you are brought to the same standard of living by equality that government wants you to be because they have stolen your savings for the good of all. That's socialism in just one of its forms. Government is no longer under these conditions serving the people but rather the personal interest of themselves or interest groups that keep them in power. Consequently the power grab by government corrupts free enterprise and stifles capitalism and prosperity. All of this is the result of the imbalance of power. For prosperity there must be a balance of power. But you see the power struggle that is now going on has led to the domination of the government.
Unfortunately at this time the pivot is not immune to these problems. There has arisen a myriad of theological heresies, such as legalism, arrogance, and yes, greed in the Christian world, its everywhere. Christians are embracing a false hope based on economic socialism and naïve altruism. Many of the potential pivot are placing their hope in legislation or some other societal institution whether it's the Sierra Club or the National Rifle Association. No matter how establishment oriented a human institution, it cannot replace a maturing pivot of mature believers, that's you. As goes the mature believer, so goes the nation.
Hosea 4:6 Mypeoplearedestroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest [client nation]. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
The solution rests with you as a believer in Jesus Christ. Consistent metabolization of the Word of God and resultant spiritual growth is the only solution to the problems of our nation.
1 Peter 5:6 Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time,
James 4:6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, "God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to thehumble."
EPH 4:11-14 And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastor - teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of [false] doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;

"The Explosive Option"
The modern day tactical team is faced with many more challenges than in the past. As our industry grows and technology advances some challenges remain the same. Door breaching for example is a tactical problem for just about every operation a tactical team faces.
There are many options available to swat teams across the country such as mechanical breaching, ballistic breaching, and thermal breaching but when it comes to high-risk entries, in a fortified stronghold or when a significant risk to officer safety is present then the "explosive option" may be the preferred choice.
Explosive breaching in law enforcement gained its popularity in the mid 1990s and has increasingly became a part of many tactical teams breaching options. The basic concept is simple, apply explosives to your target objective and gain entry quickly. However, the tactic is very complex and requires an extensive amount of training.
There are many reasons for the need of rigorous training for the explosive breacher. Explosive breaching is a non-lethal force option, therefore explosive breachers tasked with the objective to effect an entry have to consider the safety of the innocent persons inside the stronghold, the safety of the suspect and the safety of the tactical officers conducting the operation.
The explosive breacher will need to put together a detailed and well-calculated plan using intelligence of the objective and target site. The swat counter snipers and swat scouts will be instrumental in providing the intelligence that the explosive breacher needs to develop a successful plan.
Once the intelligence is analyzed the explosive breaching will calculate the minimum amount of explosives needed to gain entry into a designated target without harming occupants inside the stronghold or the officers involved in the entry. This is done by a mathematical application requiring the explosive breacher to calculate the internal target and exterior target overpressures.
In my experience many breaching operations require nothing more than defeating the doorknobs or door hinges from the target objective. A successful door breach as mentioned should precisely cut the doorknob or hinges from the door and they should fall within a couple feet from the door frame, therefore producing a non-lethal projectile inside the target.
Choosing the proper time for explosive breaching is critical. The explosive breach should only be utilized as the last option in your tactical planning. However, that doesn't mean you should attempt the other methods of breaching before using the explosive option.
Conducting a hostage rescue may be the toughest challenge a tactical team can face. The team commander may want the rescue operation to be concluded in minimal amount of time. Thus, standing in front of the target objective with a ram may be very dangerous and time consuming to the swat operators. The explosive breacher can provide an option much quicker and safer than all the other breaching methods and given the severity of the operation the tactic is warranted without attempting to use them prior.
In a hostage rescue operation the explosive breacher may also be able to effect an entry through a wall inside the stronghold near the hostages. A distraction devise or ruse may be used to draw attention away from the targeted entry wall or door while the entry team makes an explosive entry into the objective. In this example the explosive breach will put the team inside the objective very quickly and on top of the hostage, even if it's a brick wall. The concussion from the explosives will buy your operators valuable seconds to gain control of the hostages and neutralize the suspects. Most importantly in my opinion is the safety of the swat officers conducting the entry. These officers will have the advantage of approaching the target in a stealth manner and place the charge undetected. This tactic is far superior to a mechanical breach given the circumstances.
Explosive breaching isn't just for hostage rescues. If your team is tasked to make a forced entry during a barricaded gunman incident then the same rules apply. A barricaded gunman waiting for officers to enter his stronghold has a serious advantage. If you want to take that advantage away from the suspect then conduct two or more explosive breaches simultaneously when effecting the entry.
Several years ago my team was tasked with effecting an arrest warrant on a cop killer. This cop killer had murdered one of our officers as he sat in a parking lot of a large retail center, while doing a report in his car during the middle of the day. The killer then stole the officer's handgun and fled the scene. As time went on this killer was identified and tips of his whereabouts where pouring in as he was featured on a national television show that profiles criminals.
We conducted several entries on various target locations for several days where the intelligence indicated he was inside. These operations included explosive breaching in the planning and operational phases of this manhunt. Ultimately this coward was located in another state and he killed himself as the tactical team entered his location. In this case using the explosive breaching option was critical in maintaining the safety of the swat operators involved. The tactical teams where able to make stealth approaches to the target site, places charges on multiple doors to confuse the suspect and effect the entry. I can assure you that I was much more comfortable placing the charges on the door than standing there trying to ram a door where a cop killer lays in wait.
The explosive breaching option isn't just for large or urban tactical teams. All tactical teams in my opinion should have this option. The fact is, no matter where your team operates we all face the same tactical challenges.
With the explosive breaching capability comes responsibility at all levels involved with the program. Your agency must have comprehensive written policies and procedures. The management of the program is crucial to avoid civil litigation. Training your explosive breachers will include at a minimum a basic explosive handling course, basic explosive entry course and an advanced explosive breaching course. Also, your team must train using the explosive breaching tactics on a regular basis.
Developing a reputable explosive breaching program in your agency is one of the safest tactics you can provide your swat operators. This tactic can save lives including the innocents or criminals involved in the crises.
When your team is tasked with a hostage rescue crises, a target with a fortified stronghold, or an armed and dangerous individual that threatens the safety of your swat cops then don't hesitate to use what may be the safest tactic, the "explosive option".

"Man overboard!-and by golly it's me"
You remember the man telling of his experience on a crowded dock: "Suddenly," he said, "there were cries of 'Man overboard'. I look, and by golly, it's me!"
The crowd who join the cry of, "Attack the corporations' profits" will, if they succeed, soon be looking around and finding it's they who are overboard; they've pushed themselves off the dock.
Corporation profits are not squandered . . . only the most crude communist propagandist even hopes you'll believe that. Most profits are never seen by the owners; they are used to buy more and better machinery. Without this better machinery, companies could not hope to pay wages at all-they would soon be out of business.
So, you see people who shout against corporation profits shout against their own jobs.
They're pushing themselves off the dock.
YOUR GUN RIGHTS
Proposed Amendments to the 1968 Gun Control Act Would
Deny Your 2A Rights Based on Secret Government List
A little publicized hearing for
5/5/10. Chicago Mayor Daley Seeks International Backing for Anti-Gun Laws and
Bring in the National Guards to patrol Chicagos streets --It's a sad
day in America when lawmakers would rather turn to National Guard patrols
of city streets than to allow law-abiding citizens the choice to legally own
and carry firearms for self-defense[ !!!!]
DC (AmmoLand.com) In February 2004, then Attorney General Alberto
Gonzales directed the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Legal Policy (OLP)
to form a working group to review federal firearms and explosives laws -
particularly in regard to NICS background checks - to determine whether
additional authority should be sought from Congress to prevent firearms and
explosives transfers to known and suspected terrorists.
the 111th Congress, Senator Frank Lautenberg and Representative Peter King have
reintroduced a bill (S. 1317/H.R. 2159) that would authorize the
Attorney General to deny the transfer of firearms or the issuance of firearms
and explosives licenses to known or suspected terrorists. This bill reportedly
reflects a legislative proposal developed by DOJ. H.R.
2159 and S. 1317 would give an attorney general "the authority to deny the
sale, delivery, or transfer of a firearm or the issuance of a firearms or
explosives license or permit to dangerous terrorists. . . . if the Attorney
General determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to
be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of,
or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof, and the
Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may
use a firearm in connection with terrorism."
the bills would not impose requirements or limits on the kind of information an
attorney general could use to make such a determination, nor establish a
standard for "appropriate suspicion." They instead propose that "any
information which the Attorney General relied on for this determination may be
withheld from the applicant if the Attorney General determines that disclosure
of the information would likely compromise national security."
[ Ed Note : So much for Due Process and do not let a liberal EVER talk about the Patriot Act again!! ] The
scheme that the bills propose is unprecedented.
Since 1968, federal law has
established guidelines for all categories of persons prohibited from receiving
and possessing firearms, and since 1994 has expressly protected a prohibited
person's right to be told why he is prohibited. The new bills would establish
no such standards, would provide no such protection, and would allow an
attorney general to deny gun purchases based upon secret information, or upon
no information whatsoever[!]
The true purpose of the bills comes as no surprise, since
King, Lautenberg and co-sponsors Reps. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.), Mike Castle
(R-Del.), Jim Moran (D-Va.), Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.), Mark Kirk (D-Ill.) and
Chris Smith (R-N.J.), and Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Charles Schumer
(D-N.Y.), Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) are longtime
supporters of gun control.
H.R. 2159's and S. 1317's potential for abuse is obvious.
A 2009 Department of Justice report1 states that the FBI's terrorist watchlist
doesn't include certain known terrorists, yet includes people who are not
terrorists, the latter an on-going problem widely reported upon by the media
and the A.C.L.U.2 Even the late Sen.
Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), perhaps the most widely recognized member of
Congress since the watchlist was created, was on the litt. And, the bills follow a disturbing
Department of Homeland Security report characterizing gun owners and military
veterans as "rightwing extremists," and Attorney General Eric Holder's endorsement
of new gun control restrictions.

Police Department spokeswoman [ED NOTE--READ THAT 'DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE , LOS ANGLES POLICE DEPARTMENT' ]Sandy Jo MacArthur testified before the
Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs in support of
legislation that would take away an individual's right to buy a firearm and
allow the Attorney General to deny anyone the right to buy a gun by merely
claiming that he or she might be a potential terrorist or appears on some watch
list. The hearing was labeled "TERRORISTS AND GUNS: THE NATURE OF THE

innocent citizen placed on the list (banned from buying a gun) will have no administrative recourse to
ensure that he or she is removed from a list." "Furthermore, the
personal information of the individual will be kept on file indefinitely."
a person is denied his right to purchase a gun the Attorney General is not
required to tell him the reason why, or even that his name appears on a list of
persons banned from buying a firearm. [!!!!!?!!!!!!]
Attorney General is not required to answer or correct erroneous information
within the system."
if the Attorney General explains the reason for the denial, the citizen would
have no way to know that their right to appeal expires after 60 days after the
that the citizen appeals the decision in court, things only get harder and more
confusing. First, the citizen must rely on summaries or a redacted version of
the documents upon which the Attorney General made his decision. Neither the
citizen nor his attorney has a right to see or rebut the evidence presented
against him. Not even the court may consider the unredacted documents to
determine whether the Attorney General acted reasonably in denying the firearms
citizen who does appeal his denial automatically loses his appeal just so long
as the Attorney General can prove that his name is on a banned list regardless
of whether or not the person should be on the list. Older readers recognize
this as a Catch-22.

the LAPD, a police officer got his photograph on the wall, not for being killed in the line
of duty but for killing someone.
Beneath the photograph of each
officer, a tally was kept of the number of kills he had made.
The more kills, the higher the social standing of the officer.
The LAPD, on its web-site, refers to these as
"exceptional deeds." Which fits perfectly with the morality of
modern law enforcement. Back in 1990 I visited the "Cowboy Hall of Fame" in Oklahoma
where the United States
Marshals Service had an exhibition which contained dossiers the Marshals had
kept on Americans during the period of the Alien and Sedition Acts. The Marshals service was quite proud of
the role they played during this dark period of American history...
The laws of the State of California already say
that, with certain restrictions, you have the right to openly carry an unloaded

regarding Chief Davis' death squad. And can verify the laws on carrying a

venerable and much honored WW II vet is well known in Hawaii
his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes all
over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body, he has
never spoken out before about a government official, until now. He dictated
this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.
My name is Harold
Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me
for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and
pretty much mentally alert.
I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in
1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master
Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the
western end of Pearl Harbor , allowing me to
keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.
One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the
only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.
So here goes.
I am amazed, angry and determined not to
see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me
I can't figure out what country you are
the president of.
You fly around the world telling our
friends and enemies despicable lies like:
" We're no longer a Christian nation"
- (Your wife even announced to the world, " America
I'd say shame on the both of you, but I
don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything
you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be
without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the
After 9/11 you said," America hasn't
lived up to her ideals."
Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion
of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win
independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a
slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope
you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of
fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about
not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.
I don't think you mean the ideal that says
equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot
of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.
Take a little advice from a very old
geezer, young man.
Shape up and start acting like an
American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of
that fancy rental on Pennsylvania
Avenue . You were elected to lead not to
bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still
treat their people like slaves.
And just who do you think you are telling
the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major
who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you
don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that
black college professor in Massachusetts
, who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling
them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them
what they are, terrorists.
One more thing. I realize you never
served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but
you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your
battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the
mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then
get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political
strategy you're thinking of.
You could be our greatest president
because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.
You're not going to restore American
greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest
threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our
big fight now.
And I sure as hell don't want to think my
president is the enemy in this final battle...

|Clichés of Socialism |
Clichés of Socialism
"The government should do for the people what
the people are unable to do for themselves."
If it be consistent with right principle to have a formal agency of society of delegated limited, and specified powers-government-it follows that there are principles, if we could but find them, which prescribe the appropriate limitations.
The search for these principles has proved elusive, as history seems to attest. Failure to find them has led some distinguished thinkers-sometimes called philosophical anarchists-to decide against any government at all. It has led others-sometimes called socialists-to resolve in favor of the omnipotent state; let government control everything!
Other thinkers, who refuse to approve either anarchism or socialism, settle for what is more a plausibility than a principle: "The government should do for the people what the people are unable to do for themselves." Thus unwittingly, some avowed conservatives lend support to the socialists. In practice, this plausibility works as follows:
The people express inability in that they will not voluntarily invest the fruits of their own labor in an enterprise that promises to deliver mail to those who choose to isolate themselves. So, let the government deliver the mail-with Rural Free Delivery.
The people when organizing railroads will not voluntarily extend their services to communities with few passengers and little freight. Therefore, have government compel unprofitable operations on the private roads or, as in many other countries, form a government road to perform such "services."
The people will not willingly reclaim land for agriculture at a time when government pays people to withdraw good farm land from production. Therefore, let the government carry out uneconomic irrigation and reclamation projects.
The people will not willingly and with their own funds build huge hydroelectric projects to serve areas that can be served more economically by other forms of generated power. Hence, we have TVA and a growing socialism in the power and light industry.
The most up-to-date example of this "system" of determining governmental scope is in the field of astronautics. People simply will not, on their own, invest billions of dollars for astronautical weather reporting, for photographs of the moon's hind side, or for radio conversations-a century or more hence-with a people who might exist in interstellar space. Ergo, let government do these things the people are "unable" to do for themselves!
This formula for governmental action implies that the people lack the resources to perform such services for themselves. But, government has no magic purchasing power-no resources other than those drawn from private purchasing power. What we have here is a rejection of the market, a substitution of pressure group political power for the voluntary choices of the individuals who vote with their own dollars. This criterion for scope of the state leads away from private enterprise toward the omnipotent state, which is socialism.
The enormity of a project is no excuse for governmental interventionism. When the market votes "yes," capital is attracted, regardless of the amount required, to do the job. Witness our larger corporations, bigger than Hoover Dam or what have you!
Government has no right to use force or coercion for any purpose whatsoever that does not pre-exist as the moral right of each individual from whom the government derives its power and authority.

TACT TIP #1 : RED-MERCURY and DIRTY BOMBS
In lieu of the Bomb incident in NY City's Times

have been worse and may likely do so
before too much time passes... Every operator reading this or you know
should know the following and click on the LINK below...
"The likelihood of an atomic bomb is much less because the technology for
nuclear detonation is complicated and requires some special elements [but
assembling and deploying a so-called dirty bomb]
A radiological bomb is nothing more than radioactive material embedded
in, or wrapped around a conventional explosive so that is a much easier type of
device to construct and also to get the material for. So, it is not a fanciful

U.S. nuclear physicist Samuel T.

who is known for inventing the W70 warhead and the "enhanced neutron weapon" or neutron

mythical substance, 'red mercury' was developed by the Soviet
Union as a "shortcut" to a fusion bomb a

are a class of materials that undergo a chemical reaction when quickly
subjected to extreme pressures...]... material that directly compressed the fusion
fuel without the need for a fission primary. Bombs using red mercury had no
mass and could be developed at any size. He further claimed that the
Soviets had produced a number of "micro-nukes" based on red mercury,
which are described as being about as large as a baseball and
weighing 10 pounds. According to Cohen, their existence meant that any effort
to control nuclear proliferation based on fissile
material was thus hopeless.
According to Cohen, 100 of these mini-nukes were in the
hands of terrorists,[*] and

they approached Baghdad.

According to Cohen,
veteran nuclear weapon designer Dr. Frank

heating and irradiating the resultant amalgam, and then removing the elemental
mercury through evaporation.

A Firsthand Look at Firefights in Marjah
New York Times Blog
April 20, 2010, 1:26 pm
During the initial American-led assault earlier this year into Marja, the
last large Taliban-dominated population center in Helmand Province,
Marines in several companies encountered something unusual in the
experience of the Afghan war - insurgent snipers. Other cases of better Taliban
marksmen harassing American patrols and wounding and killing American troops.
The operations in and near Marja were a prominent example. The phenomenon
deserves closer examination, to try to gain a richer perspective than is often
possible while reporting in the midst of fighting. For several days, and in
several places, competent and deliberate marksmen fired on Marine patrols. A
video today presents one such event, a firefight between the Marines of Kilo
Company, Third Battalion, Sixth Marines, and Taliban fighters, including at
least one Taliban gunman the Marines considered to be a sniper. The footage
shows the effects of incoming gunfire that is much different from the normal
experience of Afghan shooting.

Border Militia to Offer Armed
Patrols in Cochise County
A longstanding local border-militia group is trying to form a paramilitary
squad with permission to confront smugglers or other suspected
wrongdoers. Cochise County Militia founder Bill Davis put out the word

Although that category normally refers to contractors such as the company
formerly known as Blackwater, the militia's paramilitary squad would not work

rethinks tiny, remote but vital Afghan outposts
Afghanistan -- U.S. troops were strapping on their gear for a
3:30 a.m. patrol along Afghanistan's
border with Pakistan
when word came to stand down: Soldiers were hearing heavy radio chatter among
insurgents, raising suspicions of a coming attack.
Within 20 minutes the shooting had started, continuing steadily for two
hours while militants attacked tiny Combat Outpost Spera from three sides with
small arms and rocket-propelled grenades. Troops from the 101st Airborne
Division fought back with rifles, heavy machine guns, and grenade launchers
until the insurgents faded away at dawn.
The March 29 battle was typical of those at tiny bases known as combat
outposts, or COPs, which are being re-evaluated as more emphasis is being
placed on using forces to defend population centers.

Elite American Units
Step Up Effort in Afghan City Before Attack
New York Times
Small bands of elite American Special Operations forces have been operating

say. The looming battle for the spiritual home of the Taliban is shaping
up as the pivotal test of President Obama's Afghanistan strategy, including how
much the United States can count on the country's leaders and military for
support, and whether a possible increase in civilian casualties from heavy
fighting will compromise a strategy that depends on winning over the Afghan

Japan Expresses Concern
Growing Naval Power
Tokyo's shock, horror and alarm at the sighting a few days ago of a flotilla
of 10 Chinese warships -- Two Chinese
submarines and eight destroyers were spotted by the Japanese Maritime
Self-Defense Force on Saturday in the high seas between the main island of
Okinawa and Miyako Island is undoubtedly contrived. It has been evident
for the past two decades as it invested huge amounts of money, time and effort
into military modernization that Beijing intends to be
able to project military power that supports its growing economic and
diplomatic supremacy. Just a few days before the latest encounter, a
helicopter from a Chinese warship "buzzed" a Japanese naval vessel
that was keeping watch on the exercises. Defense Minister Toshimi Kitazawa said
Tuesday. The defense chief said the Chinese submarines and destroyers were
navigating southeastward, adding that Tokyo has never before confirmed
such a large number of Chinese vessels near Japan.
