The Advanced M26 Series TASER® is one of the most effective non-lethal weapons available today. Using Electro-Muscular Disruption technology, the TASER® has a higher instant incapacitation rate than a 9mm hand gun. The M18 shoots 2 darts attached to 15 feet of wire. 50,000 volts travel over the wires & over-ride the central nervous system of the attacker. The electric current is released in a pre-timed sequence to make sure the assailant is unable to recover quickly enough to remove the darts.
