Heres some good workout
50 Sit-ups
10 push-ups
100 jumping jacks
5 mile run
and get a bow-flex

now this one is a killer

Repeat Twenty times
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats (no weight)

I doubt 10 pushups a day would get you too far.
