Support the Troops

Postby bren » Tue Nov 07, 2006 1:10 am

Looking for a way to really help the families of troops fighting in Iraq? I hate war, but I do support the people who commit their lives to protecting our way of life. But saying it wasnt enough for me so I hunted around for ways to actually do something positive and I found this http://www.websitesforheroes.com . This project gave me a way to actively do something for the families of those soldiers over in Iraqgive them a family website. And given the fact that most of these enlisted folks can barely afford to live on military pay, this gift makes a lot of sense.Image

Great site. More people should be like you. The one thing that I can't stand is how Americans patriotism is worn on their sleeves. Everyone was so behind us at the begining of the war on terrorism and now they complain about it. If you stand up, stay that way until its over. Once again, great job Bren
