The Slim Individual Medical Aid Pouch is the slightly smaller version of the current Compact Individual Medical Aid Pouch (CIMAP), the best insurance on your person if you get shot.

Compact, well designed, and easy to attach on any PALS webbing, or it can be worn with our optional drop down leg adapter. It is available loaded with all the essentials or build it yourself. Only an amateur gets caught without a BOK, especially when you go in harms way, and a Med Evac is a long way off. This kit is used by operators worldwide.

Pouch features two MOLLE/PALS bars wide yet holds the entire contents of the Army's official issue IFAK which is four bars wide. Gives added room on vest for other gear or can be mounted to a suspension belt hanger strap. Features quick rip strip for rapid access to main compartment and external pocket for quick access to the tourniquet. Large Medical cross for rapid ID in a high stress environment.

Dimensions are 4.75" wide x 7.5" deep with reinforced sides.
