A close associate to the SF Gear community was once laughed at not only by his wife for keeping this guide in his SUV; but also from one of his "great outdoorsman" buddies.

Funny that when the three were on an expedition along the Alaskan highway and the SUV broke down and things got bad... The wife and "great outdoorsman" were not laughing when our associate flipped out his trusty "21-76" and built an arctic shelter. By the way, our associate was a former Marine Intel officer and a dessert rat while the great outdoorsman was a "Master" of the northwest wilderness!
